2018 Bucky on Parade, Artist Emmalee Pearson. Bucky on Parade was a free public art event featuring 85 life-size Bucky Badger statues throughout Madison and Dane County, Wisconsin. Buckingham U. "Bucky" Badger is the official mascot of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
